I read this article at the Huffington Post website about the guy suing Bank of America for a $1,784 billion trillion dollars. Yes, that is the number that Dalton Chiscolm came up with for his pain in suffering from which I’m still not sure of.

No, he isn’t trying to just prove a point like Ann Minch, the lady that ranted on Youtube about the interest rate on her credit card. Mr. Dalton Chiscolm may possibly believe that he has a chance at getting that $1,784 billion trillion dollars from Bank of America, because after all they did fold and lower Ms. Minch’s interest rate. Yes, I’m hatin on Ms. Minch, simply because a) I’m jealous that I didn’t think of it. b) I’m way too camera shy to post a video on the internet and c) I wasn’t successful at getting my interest rates lowered with Chase.

Sadly, by Mr. Chiscolm’s language from a previous lawsuit against a landlord for $892 million billion dollars, I think this is just someone who may have other issues. Gotta love our country though for the right to file any kind of lawsuit, no matter how insane it may sound. This is a quote from Mr. Chiscolm’s January complaint against his landlord according to Westlaw.

“…I complane to manerment….4 times she never gave-a responds…I could never live like a human bean they did eve thing…”

He subsequently filed a “Mosion to Mode a Fide” which the Court interpreted as a Motion to Amend. Yes, I think this is funny. Most of all, I think it’s admirable that someone would believe in something so strongly that they’d file a lawsuit like this, by themselves without the aid of an attorney or even anyone that uses proper spelling and grammar. To me, it’s even more admirable and way braver than Ms. Minch’s video.

Do you think she’s wondering if she should’ve asked for more now?

Unfortunately, the Judge in Mr. Chiscolm’s lawsuit described the complaint as incomprehensible. I’m with this writer on this one. What’s so hard to understand? He wants $1,784 billion trillion dollars deposited into his ATM account.

Give the man his money, B of A. Or does he have to make a video?

Have a great weekend all. Here’s to having enough nerve to get what we want. I’m learning…

Operation WITHIMMG: Day 4- $0 spent
Day 5 – <del datetime="2009-09-28T23:56:26+00:00">$0 spent so far…will update if I go on a spending spree tonight</del>.)
Expenses I forgot for Day 5- Nicotine Gum $22 (got a $5 coupon to use next time.)
juice and bagel Chips $8
stuffed dog for boss’s visiting grandson $5
in the evening after my post:
pizza, cake and DVD for daughter $18.65
  Total spent Day 5: $53.65…..ouch.
